Frequently Asked Question's (FAQ's)

Will you delivery over the 75 mile radius? 

We are currently only delivering within a 75-mile radius of our site situated on Sutton Road, Tern Hill, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 2JH. However, if you do have an enquiry over the 75-mile radius we will be willing to make alternative arrangement dependent on the order quantity.

Where are you based?

We are base din Market Drayton, Shropshire. Just of the A41.

Do you make bespoke, made to order products?

Yes, we have a bespoke joinery which offers this service, get in touch with our sales team with any specification and they will assist you further.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If you haven’t be contacted to inform you of any delays please contact us immediately on 01630 638111 or email us on websales@timberlink.co.uk

I would like to cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been despatched, then please contact our sales team as soon as possible. If your order has been processed for delivery, then unfortunely it is not possible to cancel it.  

Delivery times

Once your order has been confirmed, one of the sales team will contact you to arrive the best delivery time and date for you.

Where will be goods be left?

Our delivery is Kerbside, meaning that the goods will be left as close to the front of your property as possible without being left on the pavement or road. We do not deliver to back gardens.

When is delivery available?

We delivery between 8am -5pm Monday to Friday. We do not delivery on Saturday, Sundays, Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year.

Do I need to be there to receive the delivery?

No, if you are happy for us to leave your goods, we do not require you to be there. Please give the sales department clear instructions as where you wish the goods need to be left to ensure correct drop off. Once the good have been received all the liability will be passed onto you.

Can I collect an item which I have brought online?

Yes, when you get to the check out and entered your “Billing address” you can then select “collect in store”. Once you have received confirmation – one of our sales departments will be in touch to arrange collection.

Are you open at the weekend?

We open Monday – Friday 07:00-17:00 and Saturday 08:00-12:00
