Timberlink Redwood treated Birdsmouth posts 100mm x 100mm (4” x 4”). Timberlink only sells sawn Redwood posts as this is the top quality timber type for fencing due to its natural inherent cell structure as it treats very well and lasts the longest when treated to Use Class 4. Redwood posts are therefore a premium and hence a more expensive post than whitewood posts which make up the bulk of the market and this difference should be borne in mind when comparing prices and planning your project.

The 100mm x 100mm Birdsmouth post is precut with a V to allow a 100mm x 100mm post to sit in, designed for Knee rail fencing with a Trip strap over the top to allow a secure fence line.
