Timberlink Redwood treated gate posts 150mm x 150mm (6” x 6”). Timberlink only sells sawn Redwood posts as this is the top quality timber type for fencing due to its natural inherent cell structure as it treats very well and lasts the longest when treated to Use Class 4. Redwood posts are therefore a premium and hence a more expensive post than whitewood posts which make up the bulk of the market and this difference should be borne in mind when comparing prices and planning your project.

The 150mm x 150mm gate post is ideal for use for hanging gates from. Fence posts are normally put 600mm (2’) in the ground.
