Fencing

For over 23 years Timberlink has specialised in fencing for the farm, horse and home market:
Timberlink has one of the largest ranges of timber in the UK and over 200 pack sizes of treated, sawn timber, and 60 pack sizes of roundwood - machined and traditional cundey posts & rails, and makes all its own planed field and entrance gates.

Post & Rail   This can be sawn, round traditional or machined.  Rails are usually 12 feet or 3.6m long (tip – mark out posts using rail as a spacer).

Rails can be 2, 3, or 4 high.  Tip: To work out the number of rails required multiply the length by the number of rails high and divide by 3.6.

Sawn:  Posts are normally 1.8m (6’) high and have either a 125 (5”) or 150 mm (6”)  face with a weathered top.  Rails are usually 3.6x87x38 or 100x38 (i.e. 12’ x 3.5”or 4” x 1.5”).

Round:  Posts are usually if machined 1.8 (6”) x 100 (4”) round  and the rails 100  (4”).  If traditional posts are used often a 5’6” X 4-5” or 5-6” split post is used with normally a 12’ x 4-5” half round rail or sometimes the lighter 3-4” rail.

Wire   Timberlink stocks a comprehensive range of wire, including stockfence (C8/80/15), barb wire and plain wire (galvanised or green coated finish), green coated chain link, rabbit netting ,weldmesh, deer and horse fencing wire. Weldmesh is a very good wire for kennels and dog runs.

Posts & Panels - Timber, Concrete or Plastic   As well as a huge range of timber posts we sell an extensive range of concrete posts from 5 foot to 9 foot, including corners and ends to complement our panels and trellises, as well as posts to go with chain link. Gravel boards are either plain or rock faced.
We now sell a range of SUPALITE plastic posts & gravel boards and panel fencing, in both green & brown.

Trellis    We stock a large range of traditional and decorative trellis panels. Traditional panels we now make ourselves on site. The decorative panels are made by Jagram from Poland.
